We expect that as a hotelier, you are service-minded and hospitable. Satisfed guests usually return – and tell their friends about their pleasant experiences. This is the best advertising there is. That is why you want to go the extra mile to ensure that everyone is comfortable and has a good time. People should remember your hotel as a nice place to stay with cheerful staff and good service.

But are you really ready to accommodate everyone?

Many people have impaired vision, hearing or mobility. This may be due to age, illness or accident. Others suffer from asthma or allergies. Many people fnd it humiliating to have to ask for assistance and special treatment.

Would it not be better if your hotel were accessible to as many potential guests as possible?
